Who we are

Invoice Mate is an invoicing and time-tracking app for sole traders. For any privacy question, contact us through the support page.

What data the app stores

To do its job, Invoice Mate stores the information you enter:

  • Account details — the email and password used to sign in.
  • Clients — client names, addresses, contact details and hourly rates you add.
  • Work records — time entries, hours worked and materials costs you log against jobs.
  • Invoices — the invoices you generate, including invoice numbers and bank details you choose to include.
  • Settings — preferences such as currency and branding.

How data is used

Your data is used to provide the app: syncing your records between devices, generating your invoices, and managing your subscription. It is not sold.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment processing is handled by those stores; Invoice Mate does not see or store your card details.

Keeping your data safe

Account data is stored in a secured cloud database and transmitted over encrypted connections. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time through the support page.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the support page to make a request.
