1. The service

Invoice Mate is an invoicing and time-tracking mobile app. It lets you record hours and materials, store client details, and generate and send invoices.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the information you enter into the app, including client details and invoice amounts.

3. Free and paid use

Time tracking is free, forever.
The first three invoices are free.
Premium is £9.99 a month and unlocks unlimited invoicing.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play, under the terms of the store where you subscribed. Cancel any time through the store's subscription settings.

4. Your data

The information you enter — clients, hours, materials, invoices — remains yours. How it is stored and handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

6. No accounting or tax advice

Invoice Mate is a tool for invoicing and time tracking. It does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
